Raymarine is pleased to report that FLIR Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLIR) has entered into a definitive agreement with the Administrator of Raymarine plc to acquire all of the outstanding shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Raymarine Holdings Ltd.
