Mulder Shipyard selects Raymarine
Dutch yacht builder Mulder Shipyard has chosen to install Raymarine’s new e125 and e127 advanced and easy to use multifunction displays, along with Raymarine’s thermal night vision cameras as standard fit across all its ranges. Raymarine electronics will be included as standard on all Mulder Favorite, Mulder Wheelhouse, Mulder Convertible and Mulder Flybridge series.
The Raymarine specification on Mulder yachts also includes the G Series premium network navigation system, VHF DSC radio systems and instruments.
Rob Verhoogt, Yard Manager at Mulder Shipyard, says, “We chose Raymarine navigation systems because of its leading technology, great quality, ease of use and the comprehensive international service network which offers perfect service anywhere in the world.”
Many of the Mulder Yachts will feature the new e125 and e127 multifunction displays, which have launched to international acclaim, through their advanced power, expanded networking, and wireless Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. Using the new RayView App, both e and c Series are now able to stream live video direct to compatible iOS and Android devices in real time. This feature enables users to access the screen displays, such as navigation charts, thermal video, radar or sonar information, from absolutely anywhere on-board.
As well as featuring the latest electronic technology, Mulder Shipyard is currently building a brand new state of the art manufacturing facility, situated south of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, and just 10km from the current Mulder yard. This multi-million euro investment is due to open in 2012. It will focus on maintenance, refit, and the new build of yachts between 18 and 40 metres. The first new yacht to be launched from this new facility will be in 2013.
